SPRING 2010

Black Rocks Village

Fremont, NH

Spring 2010...Lewis Builders has begun development of Black Rocks Village, a 55+ Residential Condominium Community located in Fremont, NH just off Route 107. This 91 acre site will feature two and four unit buildings consisting of 112 one & two bedroom units and a centrally located Community Center for the use and enjoyment of Black Rocks Village residents. Forty one (41) acres will be dedicated to open space with expansive woodlands and walking paths. Foundations are expected to be poured this fall and units constructed during the winter months. October 2009 - On October 29, 2009 Lewis Builders Development, Inc. was honored as the recipient of the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction " Best of the Best" Award in the New Hampshire and Vermont Region in the Commercial $2-5 Million category for the Willowcreek Golf Academy and 9-Hole Par Three Golf Course Project at the Atkinson Resort and Country Club in Atkinson, NH.
